Abstract

The review of the book "El fenómeno de la custodia compartida en Andalucía", written by José Manuel Jiménez Cabello, addresses the main topics covered in this work following the sequential order presented in the book. This research discusses the rise of the shared custody model in divorce cases involving minor children, the role of legal operators, and the changes in family structure. It does so by analysing key statistics, the discursive map of agents involved in the judicial process, and negotiation records. In addition to the topics, factors, and techniques presented, the review highlights the author’s main contributions to this field of study, as well as the limitations of the work.
