Authorship and transfer of rights
It is the obligation of the authors to follow and respect the ethical principles of research and scientific publication in the original text, avoiding dishonest practices such as fraud involving the falsification or invention of data, repeated publication, plagiarism in its different forms and variants. or co-authorship conflicts. During the evaluation process, the text may not be submitted to another journal or publisher. In any of these situations, the authors will assume the consequences of all kinds that derive from these unseemly behaviors.
To preserve the indicated ethical principles, the CENTRA Foundation will implement the following measures:
Require a declaration of authorship that must accompany the submission of the articles by the authors (declaration of authorship, good practices and assignment of rights).
Review of the originals submitted with the iThenticate software (and send similarity reports greater than XX%) to the authors.
The rights of the published text will correspond to the journal, which may authorize the authors for its subsequent availability in repositories outside the CENTRA Foundation or in other scientific communication media, always with explicit identification of its previous publication in the CENTRA Journal of Social Sciences. . The authors will retain the intellectual property of their texts, in accordance with the Creative Commons open license, who may have them on their personal websites, always with explicit identification of their previous publication in the CENTRA Journal of Social Sciences (its direct link is recommended to the journal's website).
In view of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, the authors must previously inform the CENTRA Foundation of the unpublished and original nature of the text and the full availability of the rights by the author/s. The publication of a manuscript that infringes the rights of the aforementioned law by this omission will be the responsibility of the author or authors.
